I helped a friend buy from Macy's because she did not have a card for Macys. She showed me $124. Receipts. When Macys srtatement came, it was $174. So I called and said that my receipts only shows $124.00, so I said I want to see the charges and this fellow, I think the name is Mr. Karz send me the charges amounting to $174. Since I don't want to confront anymore this friend, I just paid the whole amopunt of $174. Then after a few days, this Mr. Karz wrote that since it was paid late, I have to pay interest. I went to Macys at ValenciaTown center and a certain Mrs. Miriam Makelin, supposedly the supervisor for the day cahrges me $30. And said "just pay the $30. Fee for late charges and that's it" so I did; But since then, month after month I receive statement about the growing interest after interest. I sent back the Macys card because I am just fed up with this kind of insurmountable interest. I am having anxiety attack because of this and being nervous. Please help me.
