Merchandise (new ipod) was purchased through Ebay (online). After customer received the merchandise he complaint to his credit card company. The credit card company generated a charge back on my account and withheld funds. The chargeback company gave Mr. Volman back his money. Mr. Volman was told to forward me back the merchandise with a US postal tracking number. The tracking number supplied to me was bogus. Mr. Volmann never return my new ipod and got all his money back from the chargeback. I have made several attempts to contact him throught phone & email with no respond.
