This company is not honoring a warranty on a car air conditioner. This particular AAMCO has a new owner and the employee that sold me a two year warranty on my car air conditioner no longer works at this location. He works at an Orange Park AAMCO. The employees at the St. Augustine location stated the previous employee made "a lot of promises he could not keep and did a lot of things that was not per the company policy." There is no warranty printed on my current receipt it only states to ask for the warranty. When I asked for them to print my warranty, they stated they could not give me a copy of my warranty, the employee should have "checked a box showing my warranty information so it would show up on my information". I originally paid $1200 for a new compression/condensor/valve/labor on 8/8 for my car air conditioner and now they are trying to charge me $600 to fix my compressior for my air conditioner. Please help me
