I have been approved for unemployment benefits. The payments are supposedly being put on a Chase debit card. However, I have NEVER received a card. I have called back to back but each and every time I get hung up on. I can never get to speak with a live person. This is utterly ridiculous. I also made a call to the UI department and was told they would pass my message along. I have yet to hear from anyone!
