I ordered a free trial and paid some small Shipping charges back in feb'13. Now suddenly i see there is a charge of $80 on my credit card. When i called them just now - they say i had to return the bottles within 30 days or else they will charge me. This was not mentioned anywhere when i ordered the free trial. The customer services guy says it was on the invoice. I do not think so - i did not see any such condition. This is a pure scam and looting of customers. Shame on keranique. I am going to dispute it with credit card company, better business bureau, their facebook link and anywhere else in can see online..
