When I spoke with the sales person for the free trial, they told me that it was $7.95 for the s/h. I was told that if kept the product after the free trial, it would be $79 plus change. They would break up the payments into two. I used the product and decided that it was not working for me. I contacted them after the free trial had ended. I informed them that I knew that the free trial was over and that I would be charged the $79 and change to cancel. The customer service representative (#359) told me that they had charged me $79 plus change and were going to charge me another $79 plus change. I tried to argue the fact that this was not what was explained to me when I signed up for the free trial. The customer service representative basically told me tough luck and that I was going to be charged. So, I basically spent $160 on a two month product that does not work. What BS! Warning, warning, warning - do not use keranique! This product is more expensive than anything else I have come across! I could have gone to Costco to get a four month supply of Rogain for $50. Keranique is a complete SCAM!!!
