I responded to a t.V. Add for Keranique hair restoration. This "Free Trial" was offered for $7.95 shipping. The product left my hair dull and frizzy. When I spoke to a representative of the company He said I was too late to return the stuff. I am now being charged $159.00 for shampoo and conditioner - OUTRAGEOUS. Now they have shipped me another box which I have not and will not open. I am returning all of the products and including the shampee and conditioner which I used one time and found it to be unsatisfactory. I feel robbed!!!
