4 months ago, I purchased a 3-day trial membership to a site that they administer and went through all of the proper steps to ensure that renewal charges did not follow through automatically. 2 months in a row, there were renewal charges, despite assurances from their complaints department that this would not happen. This month, they ran the same charges through with a different email address attached (ie: one that is not mine and that I have never heard of). It seems that they are determined to get money from me in any way they can dream up.
