I was member of cupid but before completion of month of subscription i cancelled repeat billing, which means i did not want to continue for another month, but despite that they charged my credit card for next month's membership.
Despite numerous mails to them, they have not even replied.
Also my observation is that their most profiles are fake and their online - offline status and mails/winks etc sent by them are also fake... They show someone browsed you and most of the time person has not actually browsed you or that is a fake cupid profile by cupid.
