Misleading advertising!!! My mistake was to order a free product for a shipping charge of $4.95. No other cost was given on the order page. 14 days later a charge for $99.00 was applied to the charge account. Unfortunately, I did not know this until I received the statement a month later which included a 2nd charge for $105.95. I never received a 2nd product! I called to complain and ask for a refund. I was consistently told that I had agreed to all the terms and conditions when I placed the order. There were no terms and conditions or actual cost to be approved. After speaking with 4 people, including 2 "supervisors" for an hour, the last person actually "gave" me a "discount" for $30.00. But I don't have the product. This is a scam! I still have to pay $174.95. I changed my credit card account number to prevent any further charges from this disreputable company.
