We paid $800 to HPA collection Agency to initiate the law-suit against our debtor and after 1 year, we were told that they got a judgment but they can't pursue the debtor.
They filed the law-suit really late and they neglected to update us on the case. We were never advised that the litigation would take a long time and we were lured to do an litigation based on their finacial report on our debtor.
We lost $800 for this and Jessica the Vice President was humiliating us and treating us like one of their debtors even though we were their client. We feel they did a scam on us to pay them $800 to do a litigation in the first place. We have nobody to help us. This HPA agency company is worst than our debtor who owed us. We never had a proper report on our case.
