I signed up for "Just cloud" on 3/25 under the presumption that I was going to be able to back up my computer files to a secure sight of which I would have access to in any location and on any computer with internet connections! They advertise an initial $3.95 charge per month for their services.

and a satisfactory money back guarantee with free service for the first two weeks to try it out and so I signed up... The free service was a total of about 5-6 photographs of storage space however, it then directs you to a sight to upgrade your storage for just $4.95 and continues to lead you on until you've reached a long list of about 30 various services you can purchase if you want to pay more. Before you get to that page first they ask if you want to have more storage space it becomes $5.95, however, if you sign up for an entire year your cost is only $47.42 and for just $79.95 you can get a two year service. If you want unlimited storage space for all your precious photos and important documents it then becomes $9.95 per month or $53.95 for one year or $119.95. So I signed up for the one year option and unlimited storage. You then realize it's taking forever to upload the data (only 4 percent in a 24 hour period) so it will take nearly a month to download all your backup information! Then I was directed to another sight that said for only $49.95 I could increase the speed of the upload and for only $15.95 I could add another computer and for only $99.95 I could add another service! I decided to stay with the $47.95 however, when I went to use my debit card there were not enough funds in my account to pay my bills! Checking my account immediately I seen 4 separate charges from (you guest it) "Just Cloud" They never did charge me for the $47.95 I signed up for... Rather a $57.25 charge along with a $71.43, a $95.42, a $15.95, and when I call the number to find out why they have a list of departments you can access and one of their dept. Is just for "charges you do not recognize" so they already have this planned into the process!!! I then talked with someone who told me they were sorry this happened and that the charges would be cancelled and they would then put the original charge I signed up for after they refunded my money (which would take 24 hours)! However, $47.95 showed up immediately and the following day none of the charges had been removed and now I only have $5.71 left in my account! Needless to say I was not happy! So decided to call and cancel the membership they told me that it could take up 7-8 business days for the funds to be replaced I then asked why I had been told 24 hrs.! They said they were sorry and that it is up to my financial institution how long it takes, so I called my bank and they said it could take up to two weeks! I called "Just Cloud" again and said I needed my funds sooner, so they said for me to have my bank call them! I talked to a gentleman named "Richard" Employee ID # 2024 and that he would speak to them if they called! My bank attempted to reach him, however was told that they could not speak directly with him, (even though he answered the phone both times I called! And in two different departments) The bank called me back with the news that there was nothing else they could do, so again I called "Just Cloud" and got the same reply!!!
