Well this company keeps uping my monthly rate to 51.36 for seven megs. This is the 3rd time they have raised my rates. The discount was to be 19.00 a month for 6 mo.instead they billed me for 35.00 a mo. After pestering them for 2mo. They reduced it, then raised it back up to 35.00 claiming this was my monthly fee becouse i was only getting 7megs of sevice not the full 12 megs they claim to provide. And advertise evan now on tv and the internet. So now my new bill is 51.36 a month the billing cycle they use is i think frudulent. They claim the bill is due march 14th then when i called them they stated my april bill is due on the 7th. They said that they bill ahead. These people hve been lieing to me from the start with the salesman promiseing 12 megs of service. I need the internet but i really dont like this company im on a fixed income but i cant afford these constant rate hikes. Please help.
