AT&T Small Business Service Constantly changing rates. Terrible customer service.internet

AT&T's small business phone and internet service are a huge rip off. I signed a 1 year contract for the All for Less basic package which should total 75.00 monthly plus tax. This package is advertised as including unlimited local and long distance calls and broadband internet. The third month into my contract I got a bill for nearly $200.00! My bills have been consistently inconsistent. My bill this month was $89.00. My bill last month was $98.00. The bill before that was $120.00.

I have made several attempts to contact AT&T to figure out why I'm being overcharged. The only explanation they can offer is surcharges. If I have the same base rate monthly, then why do the surcharges change monthly? It just doesn't make sense. I can't wait until I can get out of this contract, and far far away from AT&T!
