Sold me a fake handbag whicw was $76.99 plue $30 shipping. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau on 03/26. One of my email i told amy, i refused to pay $30 to send a fake purse back. I told them they can refund me half my money. No replies. The purse was defected, inside lining loose, loose thread at the bottom of purse, buckle holder broke. This is a nightmare. From now on im going inside the store to purchase my purses from now on. Also the buckle were crooked. This purse could have been sold on the street, and you know they are fake. Michael kors have some very nice handbag inside the stores. Im on disability, and i like nice things like the next person.
