I saw a pop-up on Facebook and I opened it assuming this was a discounted site for MK Bags. As soon as I purchased, I did not get an immediate confirmation, so that was the first flag. Once I received the confirmation it stated the charges was being handled through Fashionpay, second flag. I immediately sent an email because there was no contact number and asked if the purse was Authentic. I was contacted by Susan Smith with a response, "We can guarantee that our items are made of the original materials." This was the 3rd flag. I responded, "Please be more clear." She stated the handbag was authentic. When I received the handbag, it looked NOTHING like the purse I ordered. The body of the purse was a completed different color from the handle. It was so fake from the stitching to the serial number provided in the pocket. I asked for my refund and address to return because the only info on the shipping label was Shanghai Bangze Kitchen Ware, Co. She had the nerve to ask me to send pictures and stated the warehouse sent me the wrong bag. Then went on to ask if I would keep it and they refund me some of the money? I told this lady to give me the address to refund or I will have the Michael Kors lawyers investigate for infringement and the credit card company investigate fraudelent charges. I have not heard from her since December 31. I am still working with my credit card company to get this money back.
