I placed an online order on March 15th, was charged on my credit card on Mar. 16 and my order was supposed to ship in 2 or 3 days but it hasn't shipped yet and I can get no response from the company via email or chat line. I telephoned and the rep told me that my order would ship last Friday but it hasn't. I have read on the web that this owner has scammed others and I am terrified that I have been scammed also. Please help if you can.
