I placed an order online at speedyperformanceparts.com on Friday August 24th between 10-11 am.
There website claims that most items ship the same day. It is now Tuesday August 28th at 10:30 pm, and my order still has not shipped.
I used their online live chat and called them. The online person told me to call for more information. The person on the phone said it should ship today. I called again later in the afternoon to cancel my order and I was told it can't be cancelled. I was told that if I no longer want the item I have to refuse delivery (but it hasn't shipped). My credit card has already been charged, the item has not yet shipped yet they refuse to cancel the order. Since talking to them I have emailed their customer service twice with no reply.
I called my bank to see if they could help me retrieve my money and the guy said "Let me guess, autopartswarehouse.com".
They already have a bad reputation with banks and credit card companies, I don't understand how this shady online retailer is still in business.
