I signed up for a risk free trial in wich i would pay for shipping and handeling for trying their new electronic cigarette, I didnt read anywhere on the pages that i would be charged 116.96 for not canceling within 14 days for being put on an automatic rebilling list for 4 more packages of the filters. The lady i spoke with was very adiment about trying to lower the monthly charge for me to stay on the program and i turned them down, she then told me that i would only be getting back 70 dollars of my money and i told her i would be putting everything that i received in the package that i was already charged for that i hadent recived yet and would be sending it back to them and would be expecting a full refund of my money. She finally agreed to my trems but i still have to wait for the package and to get a tracking number before i can get my money back and they dont even list the whole phone number to contact them we had to look for it on the internet. Then i tried to call all day and even put my number in their call back system twice and didnt get a call until 4 hours later. This is a huge scam and i advise everyone against it.
