I called Optima to cancel my order.
They said they would cancel. So then I get the following telling me I have to pay return shipping on the order I just canceled and that they said had not been processed/shipped.

Here is your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) information, please keep this email for you records:

In order to properly process this return or exchange, you must follow the following steps to ensure proper receipt by our warehouse:

Your RMA number is #0000002085.

1. Pack the product with all original packaging and documentation.

2. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package or we will not be able to receive it.

3. Address the package to:

4. Ship us the package. The package must be received by us within 30 days from today.

5. Allow 5 to 10 business days from the time we receive your package back to post any applicable credit to your account.

- Any returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen shipments
- We are NOT responsible for shipments sent without a proper tracking number, we recommend using Fedex or UPS

This is a big scam.
Moreover they told me I had "clicked" hidden text subscribing to shipments every 14 days.
