I have brought the new soul kia car from
this dealership.
The car I bought was already got 120 km
used which the sale person it was the
breakin that the kia manufacture requested that they do that.
He also told me that it was bumper to bumper warranty for 5 years.
After I drove home with the that vehicle
next morning discovered that when started the engine it was producing
lots of noise and when idling it was
shaking alot. Other issues including
faulty Sat radio that keeps on acquiring signal mode, and bluetooth with voice command, seat stitching was
coming off, and scrotching on the hood.
I went back to the dealership several times, only got the driver seat stitching fixed, and buffering my scrotching marks, but the mechanic manager said the engine and sat radio
were normal, therefore they not going to fixed it.
If the sale person said this vehicle was warranty than they are sold me a
lemon used car as I find out that kia
manufacture only recomand them to do
30km, not 120 km engine breakin period
for all new vechicles.
I wanted this to be fixed or exchange
a new car for me as I pay $2300 for this vechicle..
