I purchased GS Brazilian Straight extensions. The weft were splitting at the tips. The hair was thin. I ordered 18" and it was mixed with 18"16"14"12" the ends were thin. The hair had string mixed with grey hair. I ordered 1b. I washed and conditioned it and left the hair static. Static like clothing. Is this human hair or fabric. She said I can return it but never gave me the company account number so I wouldnt have to pay for shipping. She ignored me until the 10 day return policy was over. She said I can return it but ask me not do anything to the hair. Well she didnt answer me for days so i manipulate the hair. I dyed it black with a rinse and it looks horrible. The ends are so thin the 18" look so short. Each bundle was mixed with short hair. The static was forming every time I had to send the hair back. This cant be human hair.
