I purchased a living room set and marble desk from Bobs It has been replaced 3 times and still keeps coming damaged. I have made repeated calls to customer service and the store and I am still unsatisfied. Customer service wanted to give me 15% compensation and keep my warranty on my furniture or 25% compensation and lose my warranty I found this unacceptable... I told them I would take 25% and keep my warranty and they said they could not do that and reordered another love seat and sofa and desk again. I am at my wits end and very unsatified with Bobs resolution to this matter. How many times are they going to deliver damaged merchandise this is the third time and there answer is we will reorder and have it checked before delivery which is what I was told on the second time of delivery.
I will never go to Bobs again I spend over 5000.00 at there store and I cant get satisfied.
