Paid £28 for xbox live membership and supposedly was supposed to receive an instant email with code to redeem. Payment was taken, confirmation email of order but no email with code. Raised a ticket enquiry, nothing happening, phoned the office but just answer phone all the time. Will be reporting to bank in morning for fraud.
