I signed up to be a member of instagamepoints.com and then ordered 12 Months of XBOX Live Gold which was to be a instant download of the code after payment. I received two emails, one when I joined and then my purchase email of the actual XBOX Live Gold 12 months. The second email had a vague statement about when the payment clears the order will be processed. I never received anything from instagamepoints.com even after creating a support ticket and some internal emails. Check out this website which has long lists of people that were Ripped off by instagamepoints.com just like me.
