Placed order "Xbox Live 12 Month Gold Membership 2100 Microsoft Points Code (UK) (Instant Delivery via email) Special Offer" on 20th March and received email confirmation that order 8163 had been placed and was being processed. I paid via Secure Visa and £39.95 was debited from my account on 22 March. Did not receive goods so raised a support ticker via their online system on 25 March and received email confirmation stating support ticket #640062 had been raised and wa being investigated. No more response from 'Insta' despiteemails being sent and when I rang the UK contact number only ever got a voice message.
Still heard nothing and now their web site has disappeared...
Lesson learnt, in future will always check out sites I have never used before...
