I have had issues with Comcast for the following reasons:
I have had issues with my DVR with the sound going in and out, my modem/router creating 2 of networks with the same name, which causes conflicts when trying to print with my wireless printer. Comcast has sent out technicians to my house 18 times out of a schedule 24,6 of the service calls were cancelled without notification, 1 was cancelled when the tech decided to not show up. And the company has not given me credit not only for their guaranteed service calls for the 2 hour windows not been met, but also for the inconvience this has caused me.
