Hi. I ordered a dress from Lovesgo.com. And they sent me a totally different dress altogether. When I wrote to them they wrote back "HI, sorry but pink color isn' available now, so we sent you white, which is the same price with what you paid. Hope you can understand it". I have writen back a few times asking how I can return the dress and get my money back and they never get back to me. I've tried calling and tried the online chat and no one is ever there.
