I ordered a dress. Their website says they will accept returns or exchanges based on quality problems. The dress I received was NOT the same dress pictured - the original dress had a different type of lace (no sparkles, no floral print) the dress that arrived had sparkles and a floral print. The dress I ordered had a pointy topped bodice. The dress that arrived did not have a pointy topped bodice and the lace along the top was not sewn down so it hung funny. The dress pictured had a full skirt. The dress that arrived was too long, and not full - but might have just needed some type of underskirt, which was not mentioned, linked to, or provided — so the dress I received is currently unwearable, and I have had to escalate it to a paypal dispute to attempt to get my money back, since, after seeing pictures, they just said "it is pretty - you should wear it and be happy" — um... No. Do not buy anything from this company!!!
