The flight arrived Lusaka safely this morning at 5H55.
But there is a problem that just came up regarding your puppy's insurance. The company's Insurance department agents in Lusaka International were doing some final checks on animals before the take off time from Zambia to South Africa and just went through your pet's file and discovered that your pets were not insured before traveling, that it's not under the ethics of the company to allow an animal to go on board without being insured. That the refundable insurance deposit of 2500.00ZAR was supposed to be made to secure the animal's life along the journey. So the sender must sign the insurance receipt with the manager here in our agency so that we can fax it to our agents at Zambia before your pets can be allowed to take the flight down to your location. If this is not done within 3 days, then your pets risk to be quarantined in Zambia.
NB: 100% of this Insurance deposit must be refunded at the delivery point to the beneficiary when the flight arrives safely.
This payment is to be done to the Insurance Agent correspondence here in our agency.
