The sender of this puppy brought him to the airport with a simple ventilated delivery cage. This ventilated cage is not recommended at the airport for reasons outlined below:

we wish to inform you of a problem we are facing on the transportation of your pitbull terrier puppy. We called the fort lauderdale airport (fll) where your puppy is to be shipped for delivery to your home and they informed us that,
* Following the Floridan Animal Aviation's Commission Rules and Regulations on Pets Transportation and section 12 sub paragraph 2, "... The life of all animals being transported across the Floridan boundaries must be fully Insured by an Insurance Co-operation against any eventuality.
* Following a compromise between the Alaskan Aviation Complaint Commission and the Floridan Financial Commission, it was
concluded that ".. The life of all pets being transported into Florida must be insured and this insurance fee should be from one pet to another depending on Financial Value of the Animal."
* We also wish to let you know, according to the Floridan Price Determination Commission, the price for the insurance of any Pitbull terrier puppy of the Medium Size breed is 877 USD per puppy, and your puppy is of the small size breed, thus amounting to a total 821 USD.
Origin or this insurance scheme
This insurance scheme was introduced to protect the lives of animals or pets traveling within Florida. This is because animals and
pets have lost their lives, and airlines or airports have usually been forced to pay huge amounts as compensation. For this reason, this Life
Insurance for Animals was introduced so that if anything happens to your animals when it is in transit at any airport, the insurance is going to cover the damages. You will be fully refunded by the Insurance company that insured your animal or pet if nothing happens before delivery.
Solution to get your puppy on its way.
From the above, the Life Insurance fee you are supposed to pay for your Puppies is 821 USD and your puppy can travel through its life time in USA without any problems.
Due to a good number of complaints by clients of numerous shipping agencies about this Insurance Scheme, the USA pet Animal Aviation Commission came out with a Refundable Animal Life Insurance Scheme, which provides for following:
* You could use our Partial Insurance Scheme to Insure your puppy Life for the cost of the full Insurance fee for the puppy, but this money will be refunded to you upon delivery of your puppy to you, at your home, and you will have to pay an extra $25 for our services..
* This means you will have to pay the sum of $846 USD which is the initial Insurance fee for your puppy plus 25 USD for our services.

The advantage here is: 821 USD will be refunded to you when your puppy is delivered to you at your home by the delivery Agent.in reality, you only loose 25 USD which you pay to us for our services.
Note:
The second advantage is: Your puppies get to travel across USA without Insurance and at a Cheaper rate since he has already been insured.
Payment is to be done directly to our head quarters. As soon as you are done with the payment email us full details for confirmation so we can get the puppy on flight.
NB. You Have to Be Fast About This Because We Want Your Puppies To Take Off with the Next Available Flight to Fort Lauderdale (FLL) because we do not keep pets at the airport for more than 48 hours or your puppies will be sent to pets Quarantine in Denver and You will have to pay a fine for their release.

I am very sure you have nothing to worry about. We receive complains like yours all the time from other clients but the puppy always arrives and a refund granted. It is just a matter of time before you find out that there was nothing to worry in the first place. I am perfectly sure you will receive the puppy and your refund, so you have nothing to worry about.

Home delivery
1. The delivery cage does not contain puppy's potty space, water bowl and food can.
2. The delivery cage is small for the relaxation of the puppy on flight.
3. The delivery cage is not oxygen auto-regulated.
Due to the above mentioned, the delivery cage has been rejected and has to be changed to a thermal electronic delivery cage.
We have these t.E. Delivery cages in our airport pet shop for rent which will cost 420.99 usd rental fee of which 95% will be refunded back to you when the puppy is delivered to you in fort lauderdale, fl.
We do not sell these delivery cages to our customers but offer them on their/rental terms to safeguard the dog on flight. The money paid for delivery cages rentals at our airport here will be fully refunded back to the receiver (only), upon delivery of the puppy by the delivery man and proper identification from the receiver. T.E. Cage will be withdrawn by the delivery man upon delivery and refund granted and you will be taking your puppy with the ventilated cage that was brought here by the sender.
Reason why we need a new delivery cage
Taking the present climatic and weather conditions into consideration, we recommend and insist you buy a new cage or your dog might die on the flight because it will be too stressful for her.
The reasons for a thermal electronic delivery cages are as follows:
1. We will want to avoid contamination and transfer of diseases between different pets/animals on flight as there are other pets to be shipped on this flight.
2. We will want to regulate the temperature and pressure while on air as climatic and pressure difference may alter their health. A thermal electronic delivery cage automatically regulates the environment suitable for the pets without any significance to the pets.
3. A thermal electronic delivery cage provides the pets with a constant supply of oxygen, rendering their health safe and guaranteed.
4. Overall, the present bad weather will render this puppies a bad health without this cage.
We recommend you to make the above payment as soon as possible if you do not want your puppy to miss the flight today night to fort lauderdale, fl.
We however apologize for the inconveniences, but you should understand that we want the best for you and your dog and we guarantee you that 95% of your money will be refunded back to you in cash when the puppy arrives. So the total amount to be paid is 421 usd.
I also had to pay $684.00 for change of names on the docuements and vaccines
for the puppy. I wish some one could help us get this money back. The last E-mail they wanted $800.00 for shot I told them I had about enough andI was reporting
this. Please help us
