This company advertised a 3-day FREE trial which I signed up for. The information that was accessible was of no use in my family tree research so I did not go any further and sign any contract with myfamily link for any amount of time at all. However, my credit card is now being debited monthly for a service I do not use and do not intend using. I have tried unsubscribing but get no answer from the customer service desk at myfamilylink.
