On 2/13, I had the glass in my HTC Cell phone replaced that i had shattered after i dropped in on the tile floor. I paid the $150.00 plus bill in full. After the glass was replaced, I noticed the microphone would not work on my phone. Repairman Josh took the glass back off and admitted that he had broken the cable to the microphone when he replaced the glass. He said he would order a new part immediately. I was told he would keep me updated on the replacement part. I called every couple of days, then weekly. I never received a call from Josh or any other employee. Each time i called, I was given and excuse such as the part is coming from China, It was the chinese New Year. It is stuck in customs in New York. Six weeks have gone by since this incident. I feel like I am getting the runaround from " Fixit Phone Repair".
