I went to Monro Muffler on Central Ave., Albany, NY, the one near Colvin Ave, wanting to replace my blown headlight bulb. They replaced it alright, but a few weeks later it just burst inside the headlight. Apparently they touched it while replacing it, which causes the burst, since its a halogen bulb. They replaced it for free, but left the pieces of broken glass inside! I mean, what kind of guy finds it hard to swipe out a few pieces of broken glass out of a headlight which takes like 2 seconds? Another time when I took my car there for safety inspection, they replaced reverse lights and, guess what, about 3 or 4 dead insects were trapped there between the car body and the glass wall of the light they put in.
From the few times that I have done business with this place, I can tell you that they give extremely bad service, besides ripping people off!
