I was riding my bicycle a block from my house when jacob rosette hit me. I approach the stop sign and stopped. I was just about across the street when a big vehicle hit my back tire and my right need was hit when i jumped off my bicycle. Mr. Rosette did not stop. He jumped out of his vehicle and started to fix my fender on my bicycle. He said he did not seem me. I ask him to call the police he said he had to move his vehicle first. The police officer came he look at my knee and he ask if i needed a ambulance. I told him no. He than said just let them come check me. I told him i would let him rap my knee. Now this state trooper came walking he just said i was wrong as though he was at the scene. He question two witness who refuse to get involved. Safeway insurance company one of there worker question three witness that told him mr. Rosette did not have no lights on. I told them there were no witness, because i did not if they would want to get involved with that. Someone from from safeway insurance came took pictures of my bicycle. He said he never had to do that with a bicycle before. Now i had a lawyer (sherman stanford) he went against me. Mr. Stanford said the insuranc company did not want to pay liability and it's not like i got hit by a eighteen wheeler and was blind or cripple so i filed him. I then filed in civil court. Harris sent me a letter telling me they filed a motion for continuance with to consent of court to be filed on behalf of safeway insurance company and jacob rosette. She said there firm check in the amount of 50.00 is enclosed for fees associated with request. There is no judge signature on it. She change the trail date herself to june 25. She so said the continuance with consent of court was filed but she have the wrong address for opelousas city court on the letter. That all fraud. I have a $2400 doctor bill and i am only asking them for $6500. I am still having trouble with my back. The adjuster for safeway insurance keisha guy ask me to sign papers for my medical records from my doctor and i did. Then she wanted me to sign papers some more papers for my whole medical history. I have copies, picture of my bicycle and other proof. I had to submit this over because i made a lot of mistakes on the first one i submitted. That adjuster really insulted me the first thing she asked me was if i was on drugs at the time are was i currently on drugs. Please look closely into my complaint. That is cure and unjust.
