I signed up in September with Chris Evans International for a seminar that was to be held in November. The day before the seminar, I checked the website to confirm the location and found that it had been postponed until January. The website noted that the exact date would be determined sometime before January. When January arrived and I could not determine the rescheduled date, I contacted the office and spoke with Chris directly. He assured me that he would refund my money because they had not rescheduled the seminar and weren't sure when it would happen. He also told me that he would send along complimentary tickets to the seminar once it was rescheduled, for which I was very grateful and told him so. I never received the refund that he promised (or the tickets to the next seminar). I have contacted his office and him via phone and email at least six times, asking to either have my money refunded or to tell me when the next seminar will be held. I received one email from Chris Evans telling me that his office "has taken care of this" but I have not received a refund check nor a credit to the card that I used to register. My bank can verify that I never received a credit from him as well. I never received any goods or services for the money that I paid. I realize that it's been a long time since this occurred but at this point, I just want my $186 back.
