This company Sales Success International run by Sean Downing has been very difficult to get a hold of.info they promised could not be accessed.in attempting to report this they have not responded. Seminar that we paid for well in advance scheduled for 10/28/09 was rescheduled the week of the seminar for a date in December which we are unable to attend. When we tried to contact them, there was no response. One number that they gave for the Las Vegas office is no longer in service. When after numerous emails and phone calls from my son and myself they did not respond, I informed them that if they did not respond I was going to contact my attorneys at PrePaid Legal. They immediately informed via email that Sean Downing would contact me in two days as he was being released from hospital. That was on October 28 and there has been no contact. For the kind of seminar business they are supposed to be I would not want to do any business with them. Their tactics seem shady. Totally unprofessional.
