I was told by a corporate resolution specialist that I would receive a phone call the very next day at 10a. I never received this phone call. Talking to customer support at the 800 numbers, I realize that the corporate and wee customer support reps must not interact as I was told I would have to wait until Monday to receive assistance. This is largely unacceptable, as a Melissa Crenshaw specifically told me, both on the phone and via e-mail, that she would be in contact today.
