Very dissatisfied with their service. Wasn't aware they issued Google Voice numbers which anyone can obtain for free. My loved one was transferred to a Federal Correctional Facility and they have been unable to provide me with a number for 5 days. My boyfriend calls 4 x's a day and each call cost $18.90 off his commissary. Such a disadvantage for the inmate who needs this money. He had to call my long distance number for those 5 days and it's racked up $378 off his commissary. The representative which was a British accent supervisor lost his temper when I raised my voice and was upset how much this was costing us and why his company hadn't issued me a number. He said I needed to change my attitude, lower my voice and stop 'bitch slapping' him over the phone. Used several inappropriate words with me and all I wanted as a customer was a number which their company had been in business to issue. All I got was it's an AT&T maintenance issue that they couldn't issue me a number. Then he asked if I had a Google Voice number because they couldn't set me up. I would NOT recommend this company. I was able to instantly get service with another reputable company and at 6 cents per minute costing me 90 cents per collect call. Prison Call Solutions needs to be SHUT DOWN!
