11/28 I contacted LiveCareer about their service and proceeded to give them my information. I went back into their web site however I was unable to do so. I contacted them with no response. So, I forgot about the company. I discovered when I contacted my bank
on February 25 that LiveCareer had been taking money from my account since November in the amount of $34.95 a month. I contacted them immediately and was able to receive a refund of $454.35; however, LiveCareer will not refund the remaining $454.35 to me. I want my money because I never received the service. They proved they were wrong by responding to the request for my refund but will not pay the balance. Please help me. Thank you.
