I ordered a phone never recieved it (after paying extra for fast delivery) finally after two weeks I received an email indicatinig the phone was on back order I have not heard back from them nor have I recieved the phone. They never took the phone off of the website or gave any indication that it was on back order. During this time their web site had spyware or something that my computer would not allow me to go to the web site. I see that has been resolved but still no one has gotten back to me about this or my other purchases.
Prior to this transaction I ordered a new phone they sent me a used phone and I complained they said to return the phone and they would send a new one to me. I tried to return the phone but it was unaccepted and returned to me by mail. I have sent numerous emails and no one will reply.
