Placed an order for face cream from a Facebook ad which advertised it for $4.95 S&H. When I realized around the 20th of Dec that they had added a $99 charge to my credit card, I tried calling them repeatedly. Finally, on Dec 26th, I got through to a Cs rep who was very nasty and said I was being charged because I did not respond within 14 days of placing the order, and I should have read the fine print on their website. He would not give an inch. I tried getting info from them, via email, on how to return the product, but there was no response. I've contested the charge with Capitol One, but that has dragged on for months & it looks like they will prevail.
