My name is Erica Daniels i perchased a 2002 Toyota Camry LE from Auto Show i signed a contract deeming the car to be safe and to also have airbags. Now i was in 2 front in accidents in which the airbags did not deploy during my second accident i became concern about the air bags not deploying since the car in front of me with limited damage to its front end the airrbags actual deployed, so i contacted toyota recalls to check if there had been any recalls on the 2002 toyota camry LE they explained there was not but offered to examine my car they filed a claim for me and had me agree to have the black box retrieved to see what they could find. Prior to that i had a machanic check the passanger side airbag he discovered there was never an airbag there so my car was towed over to toyota in okland park in which i was told that the dash board wasnt there dash board and they had never seen one like this i went to Auto Show to explain this the general manager said that all cars go through extreme testing to be deemed safe and for it to be financed so i believe Auto Show sold me this car with full knowledge it had no airbags and wasnt safe at all. I would like to get my money back for this car i will never buy a used car again i suffer from post tramatic stress disorder, major depression and anxiety and this situation has been very difficult because im tired of people taking advatage of me. This company put my life my family and friends lives in much danger i thimk they relly need to be investigated because no telling how many people they've done this to. I dont want it in where a person has to die or become severly disabled in order for action to be taken. Thank you for listening to me.
