I was charged 288 dollars for internet service. My bill is 41.00 month. If it is not paid by the 10th of the month they disconnect services. So each month it is paid but they said ii have a 288.00 bill. They turn my service off and refuse to reconnect until i paid 188.00 dollars this was after they agree there was error in the billing. I i file a complaint with florid dept of agri, but the company reports they where not able to reach me. I did return to call to a number with no answer or voice mail box.
