Well I have been playing Sorority Life on Myspace for the past 4 years almost 5 years! And in that time I have spent ALOT of money! Buying BPs (browine points) used to buy glam to have on your avatar! During this time numerous glitches have occured, sometimes I did not get my glam I did pay for and had to submitt a "trouble" ticket which is clearly automated and then it takes up to 3 to 7 days to get a reply and get my glam I did pay for! They are good at taking your money and not fixing the problem. Well I login in my account on 3/4 to play like everyday and a message appear "sorority life is down for Maintance" I quickly logged out and into my sisters account and hers went right thru. I tried all that day to get into my account and got the same message. SO I sent in a trouble ticket and they told me after 6 days to clear my cache and other stuff which I DID., still nothing I Reported back and they said there was NOTHING else they could do to wait to see if they can fix it. But doig my research I have found this has been a problem dating back since august. AND YET playdom has DONE nothing ot improve or fix this problem so I am out of thousands of dollars I spent working on my account and out of a game i really enjoyed playing.
