I cannot socket my heroes with gems that enhance the heroes states. I have brought this to thier attention several times and all they can say is they are working on it. I have never played a PC game where it has takn so long to resolve an issue. They have no call center and all communication is via written corrospondence. I have spent more than 300 dollars on the game.
