On Feb 21 I purchased a computer including various hardware and software, and paid Dell nearly $1500 via credit card at the following Dellsite.

The computer would not operate with the software, and I attempted to get Dell to assist me by calling them and e mailing them at the above e mail address and tel. Numbers.
I also left messages, and reciveived no reply.
I then later contacted Superior Tech. Support and paid $249.00 for online technical assistance. I also spent 20 hours of my time, that was lost due to this issue.
I am asking to be re-imbursed for the $249.00 I paid, plus to be compensated with Dell hardware product coupons in the amount of $400
for the 20 hrs@ $20/hr I lost.
