ITech PC Solutions started billing me through my phone company for $12.95 a month without my authorization. It is listed on my phone bill as ILD Telecomm, which is the company that handles their billing. ILD promptly refunded my money for the first six months, but ILD records only go back 6 months. I have 10 more months to be refunded for, which has to come directly from the company itself, ITech PC Solutions. Currently they owe me $129.50. When I call the company all I get is voice mail. No phone calls have been returned, nor did they respond to a customer service email I sent them via their website.
