I had a problem with a Norton update and somehow i got ITECH involved. Then I got a Trojan virus and ITECH said that i would get 3 months of personal support and a lifetime of anti virus support. Since i had the virus and Norton would not respond (another scam company) I agreed to pay ITECH to repair my computer. Now i believe that what ITECH does is that THEY put a virus on your computer to scare you into purchasing their service. I also believe that there are many out there on the internet that do the same thing. Beware. I was a fool to believe them and I admit it. Don't let it happen to you. And do not trust your credit card number with them. They make fraudulent purchases with you credit card number. I had to change my credit card, luckily i did not lose any money.
