I received my verizon phone bill and discovered a $12.95 fee for ITECH as a third party that I never ordered. I called the 800# and was told they would remove the fee, but it will take 2-3 billing cycles. I asked who ordered the service (since I did not) and they gave me an aol.com email address with my first initial and last name in it. This email address does not exist. I will contact verizon to make sure all third party fees are blocked from my number. I am so angry!!
